Customer Marketing Internship - Year Round

Join our Customer Marketing Team and gain real world experience in a fast-paced global financial market environment. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual looking to master the execution and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Attend campaign planning meetings and strategy sessions, providing fresh perspectives and assisting in creative brainstorming. Track and analyze campaign metrics across priority campaigns to help the team understand ROI and engagement. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing the full campaign lifecycle from competitive analysis and initial launch to final optimization. Process and oversee the flow of qualified leads to our Sales partners, ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity. Assist and help design A/B testing for campaign elements such as tag lines, creative, and CTAs. Develop social media market analysis and content strategy across various channels. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree Educational focus in Marketing, Business, or related field Proficiency in management of multiple projects or the ability to contribute to tasks Stay updated on industry trends and report back to the team Must be local to Chicago Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in office (Chicago office located at 20 S Wacker Dr.) CME Group is committed to offering a competitive pay package for our employee interns. The pay range typically applicable to our intern roles is $21.68--$36.10. Actual pay offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education, location of the internship, and the internship area of focus.
