
Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Position Summary
Community Living, Inc. is looking for a creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help bring our mission to life. This role is all about capturing real moments, telling meaningful stories, and sharing the impact our participants and staff make every day.

Pay Rate
$31/hour
Full-Time
40 Hrs. per week Monday through Friday, occasional evenings or weekends for events
Key Responsibilities
Capture and edit engaging short and long-form videos using mobile equipment
Film authentic moments from programs, events, and community activities
Create polished content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
Take photos for marketing, social media, and promotional materials
Organize and maintain media files and equipment
Plan and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create posts, reels, and stories that are engaging and on-trend
Monitor performance and adjust content strategy based on analytics
Engage with followers and help build an active online community
Provide monthly insights and recommendations
Design newsletters, flyers, brochures, annual reports, and other materials
Assist with email campaigns, blogs, and website updates
Ensure all materials stay consistent with brand standards
Coordinate with vendors for printing and production
Support event promotion and provide on-site media coverage
Collaborate with staff to gather stories and highlights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
Experience with mobile videography and photography (iPhone or similar)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and email platforms
Experience managing social media for a business or organization
Strong writing and communication skills
Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work both in-office and in the community
Must pass background, registry, and driving record checks
