Marketing Project Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for a contract position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Eden Prairie, MN. This is a 7+ month contract opportunity. Pay Rate: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience. This role is responsible for supporting member onboarding communications projects. The coordinator will manage communication customizations behind the scenes, providing tactical project management support to client-facing marketing managers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support member onboarding communications project management Manage communication customizations behind the scenes, supporting client-facing marketing managers Provide tactical support such as submitting QR code requests, managing timelines, and delivering final creative to marketing managers for client handoff Requirements Strong attention to detail Solid time management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once A collaborative spirit Experience with Workfront Desired skills PBM industry experience is preferred but not required Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
