Job Description The RED Summer Internship offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on real tasks behind the scenes at our studio. Daily Responsibilities Assist in writing copy for social media channels owned by the studio. Help maintain the content calendar, schedule, and publish posts across multiple channels. Monitor and manage community interactions on social media platforms (responding to comments, messages, etc.). Track social media engagement and assist in providing reports on community sentiment and growth. Support the organization of community events. Assist the team with day‑to‑day tasks and ongoing projects related to community and social media. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and propose new ideas for engaging with our communities. Qualifications You are at least 18 years old. You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. You will reside in Poland throughout the whole internship. You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40 h/week). You have a good command of English. Additional requirements A passion for video games and building online communities is a must. Nice to have Past experience managing fan communities, such as forums, Discord servers, or social media pages related to video games. Familiarity with the newest social media trends. Additional Information Working mode Office‑first: at least 3 days per week from the Warsaw office. The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Full availability for the entire duration is required.
