JOB DESCRIPTION ***-***/hour Pay Rate Job Title: Marketing Specialist Teledyne FLIR OEM (Part-Time) Location: Field, Oregon Department: OEM Marketing Reports To: VP Marketing, Teledyne FLIR OEM Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting Teledyne FLIR OEM's marketing initiatives across reporting, content development, operations, and event management. This position requires a versatile marketer with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful campaigns and Teledyne Confidential; Commercially Sensitive Business Data experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Reporting & Analytics Set up, operate, and provide guidance on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting. Set up, operate, and provide guidance on SEMrush reporting for SEO and competitive insights. 2. Content Development Video: Assist with storyboard development and provide editing support. PowerPoint: Create and enhance graphics for presentations. Writing: Draft newsletter articles and copy edit thought leadership content. Design: Develop trade show/event graphics, posters, banner stands, demo wallpapers, and invitations. Web: Update and maintain website content. Social Media: Support content creation and posting across platforms. 3. Marketing Operations Provide project management and campaign coordination support. Assist with Marketo for email marketing and automation. 4. Event Support Assist and manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 trade shows. Coordinate purchasing of supplies and logistics. Potential onsite support for meetings and trade shows. Handle room block management for trade shows. Event coordination assistance. Skills & Competencies Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights using GA4 and SEMrush. Creative Thinking: Robust design sense and ability to develop engaging content across multiple formats. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for newsletters, social media, and thought leadership. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo), web CMS, and social platforms. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage projects and deadlines. Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Qualifications Teledyne Confidential; Commercially Sensitive Business Data Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors. Proficiency in GA4, SEMrush, and Marketo. Strong writing, copy editing, and graphic design skills. Experience with social media platforms and web content management. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities. Ability to travel for event support if needed.
