Job Details Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $38.56-42.84 Hourly (up to $42.84/hr) Start Date: Apr 29, 2026 About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to support our B2B Marketing & Field Services initiatives across the U.S. This is a unique hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales Operations, where you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and the U.S. Marketing team to drive growth across key account segments, including Flagships, Corporate Accounts, and Strategic Accounts. Your primary objective will be to support like‑for‑like growth by delivering best‑in‑class B2B communication, localized marketing tools, and operational excellence that empowers our professional partners to succeed both in‑clinic and online. What You’ll Do Execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial priorities and account strategies. Develop and deploy commercial offers, campaigns, and toolkits to support revenue growth. Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. Act as a key liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring alignment and seamless execution. Support field teams with localized marketing materials, assets, and communications. Enable sales teams with tools and resources to effectively engage professional partners. Manage day‑to‑day coordination of B2B initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and execution. Maintain and optimize processes across marketing and sales operations workflows. Track campaign performance and provide reporting to support continuous improvement. Deliver a service‑oriented experience to professional partners, supporting their growth both in‑clinic and digitally. Ensure consistency and quality across all partner‑facing communications and materials. Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and effectiveness of marketing support. What You Bring Experience 2‑5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or field marketing. Experience working in cross‑functional environments (Marketing + Sales). Exposure to beauty, wellness, healthcare, or retail industries is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue‑driving initiatives.
