Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Remote (WV/VA)

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in-office, depending on your location. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Manage a book of business valued at approximately $8 million in premium, including accounts ranging from $3,000 to $1 million. Service accounts across various industries, including municipalities, workers' compensation, non-profits, and coal mining. Handle all aspects of account management, from A to Z, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored insurance solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their unique needs. Utilize Vertafore (AMS360) software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to the West Virginia/Virginia culture. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Vertafore (AMS360) software is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with independent agencies is highly desirable.
