Job Description Looking for someone with a finance background and customer service. Candidates should have a degree in communication, marketing, or English. Experience writing focused on finance is a bonus. Responsibilities Support written Client Relations/Senior Investor inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations governing client complaints. Investigate, research, and resolve a large volume of assigned cases in a formal written format to communicate the firm's decisions to the client. Handle operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt‑out processing, and incoming telephone calls. Participate in other projects as needed. Qualifications Finance background and customer service experience. Degree in communication, marketing, or English. Experience writing finance-related content is a plus.
