Location: Atlanta, GA (home base)
Travel: 80%+ , blitz-style field sales
OTE: $100,000 - $120,000 (50/50 base + commission)

About FIXD & AppraisalPRO
AppraisalPRO is FIXD's B2B product that helps dealerships make more money on trade-ins. We detect problems with trade-in vehicles, provide estimated reconditioning costs, generate consumer-facing condition reports for negotiations, and deliver comprehensive analytics. We integrate with dealers' inventory management systems, like vAuto, to make appraisals fast and simple. Our parent company, FIXD, sells directly to consumers and helps drivers know the price of a repair before they take their car to the shop through our OBD‑II sensor and app.
Job Description
We are seeking an Outside Account Executive to join the FIXD AppraisalPRO sales team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with franchise and independent car dealerships through in-person meetings and field sales activities. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self‑motivated sales professional capable of managing a territory, generating new business, and closing deals in a competitive environment. This is an excellent opportunity to drive growth for our innovative automotive solutions.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work schedule. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $100,000 to $130,000, with a competitive base salary plus commission.
What you’ll actually do
Hit the road on blitz-style trips: typically 4-5 days out, a week back home, then repeat
Walk into franchise and independent dealerships, cold or warm, and start conversations that turn into demos
Run full-cycle deals from first handshake to collecting payment
Work your home weeks to follow up and close deals
Get the product installed and the team trained on the spot when you close
Work closely with your Manager and CSM team to make sure accounts stick after you leave
Help build the playbook. This is a new team, and your input shapes how we do this
Track everything in Pipedrive
You're probably our person if
You have 2+ years of outside or field sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
Cold outreach doesn't make you nervous, it makes you competitive
You're coachable and motivated to generate impressive results with little supervision
You can read a room, adjust your pitch on the fly, and close without being pushy
You're organized, pleasantly persistent, and have an upbeat personality
Travel doesn't stress you out—it's just part of the game
Bonus: Automotive or dealership experience is a big plus, not required
