Director of Business Development - Water Systems Job ID: 246144 What you'll do: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15 regional sales managers and representatives. Drive a "hunter" sales culture, focusing on new business development and market share growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Work hands-on with the team to identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, including large multi-site commercial and industrial clients. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across the USA and Canada. What you'll bring: Proven track record of leading a successful sales team with a strong hunter mentality. Direct experience in water systems or a related industry is essential. Past experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology or food and beverage clients is required. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales and business development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and a strong determination to deliver results. Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 (base) + bonus opportunities.
