Enterprise Account Executive – HighGear, Inc. Location: Hagerstown, MD (Full‑time – Remote option available) Base Pay: $150,000.00 /yr – $175,000.00 /yr (Total compensation includes commission) About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive for HighGear, you’ll strategically generate and close new business partnerships in highly consultative sales cycles. You’ll work directly with multiple decision‑makers across industries such as manufacturing, energy, and financial services, translating HighGear’s no‑code platform into tangible value for clients. Responsibilities Own the full‑cycle enterprise sales process: prospecting, inbound lead development, deep discovery, and contract close. Lead consultative selling conversations, tailoring the no‑code platform to meet unique business challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept in collaboration with pre‑sales engineers. Identify and engage new enterprise opportunities through outbound outreach, creative strategies, and strategic networking. Build and maintain a robust, self‑sourced pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurate forecasting. Establish trusted relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience. Strong business acumen, self‑sourcing expertise, and consultative selling skill set. High emotional intelligence, integrity, and alignment with company values.
