Position Summary We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented, creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role blends creative flair with digital precision—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns, design visual assets, maintain our branding and standards, and support cross-departmental marketing needs throughout the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Content creation, graphic design, and production of marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and email templates. Capture and edit photography and video content for business events, product launches, and marketing campaigns; edit videos and create short-form content for marketing collateral, web, and social platforms. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress (content, layout, SEO basics). Assist in coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns and events. Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, CRM, and asset management. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, programs, HR, and external vendors. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or design-related roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with WordPress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience capturing event content and turning it into compelling marketing assets. Knowledge of photography or videography composition. Work Environment Medium-to-large office environment. Fast-paced environment. Moderate noise level. Combination of normal office type environments. Salary Range Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $73,000 - $85,000 Travel Requirements There are typically no travel requirements for this position (0%).
