Position Territory Account Manager (TAM) — Long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales team. Territory: Harlem/Washington Heights, USA - New York, Upper Manhattan. ViiV Healthcare is a global specialty HIV company focused on researching and delivering medicines for people living with HIV. Responsibilities Deliver results through exceptional sales and service to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their teams. Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts. Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects. Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each customer to help HCPs scale their treatment models to reach more patients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience. Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive customer experience with ViiV. Provide proactive customer service by addressing HCP problems, needs, and requests. Adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and scalable solutions. Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders. Adhere to compliance, accountability, and values-based culture; follow key regulatory guidelines. Be an agent of change in a launch environment, embracing ambiguity and learning from setbacks; escalate issues when needed. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years of specialty experience Ability to travel domestically as necessary (overnight travel may be required; majority in market) Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences Strong planning, analytical ability, business acumen, decision making, and problem-solving skills Experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally in a matrixed environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience selling in complex market access and coverage situations Experience working with HCPs to procure, manage, and administer cold chain treatment products Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required) Experience partnering within an integrated account team model with multiple field-based members #LI-Remote #ViiV2026 #LI-GSK Note: Salary details, benefits, and company-wide values information are provided for context and may be discussed during the recruitment process.
