Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role Van Tec Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in Answer Engine Marketing (AEM) and Social Media Marketing, with offices in Columbus, Dayton, and a new Miami, Florida office. Our interns work directly alongside content specialists and account managers on active client campaigns spanning local businesses to larger regional and national companies. Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Support the development and execution of engagement strategies to grow followers and interactions Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding or flagging for team review Track basic performance metrics and compile weekly/monthly reports Collaborate directly with our content team and account managers on active campaigns What We're Looking For Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Basic understanding of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision Nice to Have Paid advertising experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar) CRM experience, preferably Salesforce Video editing or graphic design skills What You'll Gain Direct, hands-on collaboration with our content team and account managers Experience working across multiple industries and markets Mentorship from experienced digital marketers #J-18808-Ljbffr
