
Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to start their career in marketing and develop their skills.
Manage task management system for creative projects, and coordinate project deadlines
Schedule and represent marketing at various creative meetings (executive alignment, team meetings, cross-department meetings, etc.)
Write and review comprehensive briefs for creative endeavors and allocate tasks accordingly
Assist on cross-sell projects and collaborate with various departments (i.e., data team, email strategist, and content team)
Manage IT/Marketing collaboration, including outlining tasks, writing briefs, and creating request documents
Work with the content and development teams to create and quality assure landing pages
Write briefs for A/B tests and manage/prioritize them
Assist with the creation of internal/external communication utilizing software such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining marketing calendars, updating databases, and managing marketing collateral
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship; experience in digital marketing is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp) is a plus
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, four days a week
Basic knowledge of marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
