Responsibilities Create technical documentation for product specifications, installation instructions, and maintenance procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
Review and revise existing documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
Develop and maintain a style guide for technical documentation to ensure consistency across all materials
Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create and publish technical documents
Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support technical writing projects
Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner for a non-technical audience
Ensure all documentation meets company standards for quality and branding
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical writing techniques and tools
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a manufacturing or construction industry
Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CAD software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
