BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (INSIDE SALES) POSITION
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who's passionate about generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities through various channels. To succeed in this role and meet or exceed quota, you should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for researching, targeting, and opening new client opportunities. You will develop target messaging to engage companies and executives about our services. During the sales process, you will qualify prospects by understanding their needs and budgets and keeping the CRM system up to date with all customer communications.
An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas within the logistics industry or in other related industries. You must have experience with CRM systems, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You should have strong organizational and time‑management abilities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a full‑time position, on‑site at our Centre, AL office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
