Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies, identifying and engaging with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities. Daily tasks include implementing training programs to improve team performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets, lead generation, and business development. Proficiency in Training team members to boost productivity and enhance customer engagement. Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to analyze trends to drive sales growth. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently to achieve goals. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
