Job Objective
Our Digital Strategist – Paid Media (E‑commerce Focus) is the architect behind our partners’ digital success. You will drive high‑level strategy and meticulously optimize paid media campaigns across diverse channels to exceed goals for our high‑impact, values‑based e‑commerce partners. You will move beyond simple campaign management to build scalable acquisition systems that protect brand integrity while driving measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership: Lead accounts in planning, strategy, and execution, utilizing creative and critical thinking to navigate complex digital landscapes.
Full‑Funnel Execution: Build and manage campaigns across Google (including Shopping and Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, Amazon, and paid social channels like Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Daily Management: Perform hands‑on daily account tasks including budget and bid management, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting.
Technical Infrastructure: Own the health of product feeds and commerce infrastructure to support stable, multi‑channel growth.
Tracking & Attribution: Handle conversion tracking and troubleshooting, including Pixel implementation and event creation on all platforms.
Data‑Driven Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to analyze data and audience research, developing strategies that hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports that provide expert‑level analysis of performance trends and developments.
Secondary or Support Duties
Project Stewardship: Develop project tasks, manage status, and communicate frequently with your manager to ensure “no surprises”.
Mentorship & Delegation: Delegate appropriate tasks to Digital Analysts, team members, and external contractors to ensure efficient account delivery.
Internal Innovation: Build systems and documentation to enhance agency efficiency and train team members on e‑commerce best practices.
Thought Leadership: Write industry‑related insights for the Intuitive Digital blog.
Sales Support: Assist with new business development and technical strategy for potential e‑commerce partners as necessary.
What You’ll Bring
PPC Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated PPC experience; agency experience is a BIG plus.
E‑commerce Mastery: Proven success managing high‑spend e‑commerce programs, including deep experience with Google Shopping and feed optimization tools.
Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social channels, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Tech Stack: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Physical Demands
Ability to “bill” 7.5 hours per day, which includes both client and internal operations time.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
