From UGC production to landing pages to paid media strategy, everything we do is built around performance. If it doesn’t convert, we don’t care about it.
Role Description
This is a full-time role based in San Marcos, CA.
This is not a “sit behind your laptop and brainstorm” job.
You’ll be in our warehouse almost every day , working with talent and filming a lot of content. Think fast-paced, high-volume, and very hands-on.
Your job is simple:
Show up, run shoots, and get great takes that turn into ads that perform.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Filming UGC-style ads daily (iPhone + camera — we care about output, not perfection)
Working directly with creators/talent and helping them feel natural on camera
Running through scripts, testing hooks, and getting multiple variations
Keeping energy high and shoots moving fast (we do not shoot 1 video all day)
Capturing content that’s made to sell , not just look good
Who This Is For
You’re comfortable being around people all day and directing talent
You move fast and don’t get stuck chasing “perfect”
You understand what works on TikTok/Meta ads
You actually enjoy high-output environments
You can take direction but also think on your feet when shoots get chaotic
Who This Is NOT For
You want to be a “cinematographer” or shoot short films
You need hours to perfect lighting and framing
You don’t like working with people or being on set daily
You prefer slow, polished production over speed and testing
Qualifications
Experience filming content (UGC, social, ads, etc.)
Comfortable working with and directing on-camera talent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in paid social or performance creative is a big plus
Degree is cool, but we care way more about what you can actually do
