The Role We're looking for a creative, motivated part-time Marketing & Content Assistant to help us grow our brand presence and connect with more travelers. This is a hybrid position, so you won't be stuck at home all day. You'll join us on tours, capture real moments, and help tell the BeUTAHful story across social media and beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing, communications, or media student looking to build a real-world portfolio while exploring some of Utah's most stunning destinations — on the clock. Responsibilities Content Creation Join BeUTAHful Tours on excursions to capture photo and video content in the field Create short-form video and photo content (Reels, TikToks) that highlights our tours, guides, and destinations Edit and produce polished content ready for posting across platforms Help develop a consistent visual style and brand voice across all channels Social Media Management Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence with a consistent posting cadence Stay current on platform trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help build community Schedule and plan content calendars to keep our feed active and strategic Brand Ambassador Represent BeUTAHful Tours professionally in the field and in person Deliver marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets) to local hotels, Airbnb hosts, and visitor centers Build relationships with front desk staff, concierges, and hospitality contacts who can recommend our tours Serve as an enthusiastic face of the brand in all community interactions Reporting & Analytics Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share regular updates Help identify what content performs best and adjust strategy accordingly Qualifications Required Active, confident user of TikTok and Instagram with a strong understanding of what performs on each platform Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content on a smartphone Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to hotel staff, and our travelers Self-starter who can manage time independently across a flexible schedule Enthusiasm for Utah, travel, and outdoor experiences Preferred (Nice to Have) Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Tourism, or a related field Familiarity with Google Analytics or other social/web analytics tools Basic photo editing skills (Lightroom mobile, VSCO, Canva, or similar) Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles Additional Information What\'s In It for You $12-15/hour, part-time flexible schedule Join us on tours through some of Utah\'s most iconic destinations — on the clock Real-world marketing experience with a growing local brand Portfolio-building opportunity with content across multiple platforms A fun, small-team environment where your ideas actually get heard How to Apply Send us a short intro about yourself, links to any social media accounts or content you\'ve created, and why you\'d be a great fit for BeUTAHful Tours.
