A women’s lifestyle brand focused on elevated, comfort-driven essentials is seeking an Event Marketing Manager (3–4 days in office) to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of brand events and activations that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and foster meaningful community engagement. This individual will play a key role in shaping the brand’s physical and experiential presence, bringing creative concepts to life across both owned and partner channels. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, and leadership teams to support key business initiatives, ensuring events align with broader brand objectives and seasonal priorities. The Event Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of event production, including concept development, budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and on-site execution, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering elevated, on-brand experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with 4–5 years of event marketing experience within the fashion or lifestyle space. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end execution of brand events, including pop-ups, retail activations, influencer events, and wholesale partner initiatives Develop creative event concepts that align with brand positioning and seasonal marketing strategies Manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors, venues, and partners Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience Track and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activations Support influencer and community-focused initiatives tied to events and brand moments This is an opportunity to join a growing brand where events and community are a key driver of marketing strategy, offering strong visibility across the organization and the ability to make a direct impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
