The full Pay Range is $62,400.00–$115,700.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. In addition to salary, performance‑based incentives may be offered. You will support web publishing schedules, website content requests, and production coordination across BECU's full portfolio of products, services, marketing campaigns, and SEO optimizations. Your work will help ensure website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. You will be part of a collaborative marketing team focused on member acquisition, retention, and product usage. Through your contributions, you will help enhance the website experience, strengthen member engagement, and elevate the BECU brand. Eligibility: Candidates must be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters, you are encouraged to come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For candidates outside that area, the role will be primarily remote. Remote or on‑site, we are committed to ensuring full engagement and inclusion. What You’ll Do Website Content Publishing: Build, update, and publish website content using a CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines. Web Production Scheduling: Support and help maintain web production content schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements. Website Request Support: Work one‑on‑one with business partners who request website content updates, including PDFs, images, and basic content changes. Redirect Pages and URLs: Archive site pages, set up page redirects, and create alias URLs to support content updates. Marketing Campaign Support: Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across web channels. Marketing Planning & Brief Development: Help develop simple marketing plans and assist with drafting project briefs to guide campaign and web production work. Process & Documentation Support: Assist with documenting new website publishing processes and updating existing procedures to improve consistency and efficiency. Market & Competitive Research: Research and benchmark competitors' marketing website strategies, tactics, and best practices to inform continuous improvement. Project Coordination: Coordinate meetings, deliverables, and timelines while supporting project management and on‑time delivery. Stakeholder & Partner Communication: Support clear, timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain alignment. Brand Consistency: Help ensure brand consistency across all website content and marketing materials. This isn't just about ticking off tasks on a list. Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of marketing or web production experience in a business environment. Desired Qualifications Experience building and publishing website content on enterprise‑level CMS platforms (Optimizely or Sitecore preferred) Project management skills with a strong service focus and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables Understanding of web publishing workflows, approvals, and version control Design eye for web page layout and ability to follow design guidelines Basic HTML knowledge Familiarity with design tools (Figma) Basic Photoshop knowledge for image sizing and formatting Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in written communication with attention to detail Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Analytical and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of brand positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics Ability to set and achieve project‑related goals that support overall marketing and web production strategies Join the Journey Ready to make an indelible impact?
