Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of admission criteria and Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Must be friendly, outgoing and always available to assist prospective residents. Must have thorough knowledge of the facility. Must be able to develop and maintain working relationships with the community. Must be able to work at a computer and compile routine reports.
