About the Role
Deinde Financial (dba Integra Credit) is hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to drive performance across new customer acquisition channels. This role sits at the center of marketing, analytics, and revenue generation, with responsibility spanning partner channels, direct marketing, and emerging acquisition strategies.
You will own the performance, optimization, and scaling of acquisition efforts across channels including partnerships, and direct mail. This role is designed to develop into a full funnel growth owner over time, with increasing responsibility for channel strategy, testing, and unit economics.
As part of this role, you will leverage automation and agentic AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and decision making. This includes working with platforms such as Amazon QuickSight and Amazon SageMaker, and continuously evolving how work is executed as automation capabilities expand.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and offers direct exposure to executive decision making, forecasting, and growth strategy.

Analyze channel and partner performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Manage and optimize campaign execution across channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong operational performance.
Support and maintain partner integrations, including API based and file based processes.

Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate insights and support data driven decision making.
Utilize automation and agentic AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual reporting, and increase decision speed.
Partner with Data Science, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Software Engineering to improve performance, resolve issues, and scale acquisition efforts.
Support forecasting, performance tracking, and planning across acquisition channels.
Prepare concise, data driven summaries and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Contribute to the evaluation, onboarding, and scaling of new acquisition channels and partners.
