Digital Content & Communications Coordinator
NEON, New York, NY, United States
About The Role
We make films we care about. We're looking for someone who feels the same. We're seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Content & Communications Coordinator to support our slate of films and digital presence. This role sits at the intersection of film culture and internet culture. Someone who understands both, and knows how to translate that into work that people actually want to watch, save, and share.
You'll support how our films exist outside the screen: online, in feeds, in moments around releases. You will assist in producing video and social content, help manage day‑to‑day communications across platforms, and support digital campaigns that promote our films, talent, and brand. Some days that means pulling selects from a cut. Some days it's capturing something on set. Some days it's posting something simple that just feels right.
Working closely with the marketing and production teams, you'll play a key role in bringing our creative vision to audiences. The pace can shift quickly. The work should always feel considered.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing/Communications and collaborates across departments. Some evening/weekend work may be required during premieres, festivals, and releases.
This is an entry‑level position, and is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and independent film.
