The Global Communications Coordinator provides foundational support to the communications team in the day‑to‑day execution of brand messaging, campaign implementation, and event coordination. This role is focused on tactical assistance and execution, ensuring internal and external communications align with brand standards across all platforms.
This position is based in office from Mondays‑Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Draft and distribute press releases, PR guidelines, and social captions with oversight.
Support the team in preparing presentation decks, internal emails, and other communication materials.
Assemble, pack, and ship PR mailers to media and creators, maintain accurate PR mailing lists and shipment trackers, and manage PR stock inventory and the organization of the PR closet.
Assist in maintaining and updating internal communications platforms and content calendars.
Coordinate event logistics for press activations, influencer events, and internal briefings.
Monitor press coverage and maintain media tracking reports.
Manage team administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining communications records.
Liaise with vendors and partners to support campaign execution and asset delivery.
Ensure brand consistency across communication channels in collaboration with team members.
Provide general support to the communications team as needed.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in communications or public relations, in beauty or fashion
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear and engaging content.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Stay in‑tune with fragrance & beauty industry trends across social media & PR communications and can contribute creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions for future initiatives.
Comfortable with hands‑on, operational tasks including packing and shipping.
Familiarity with digital content platforms and social media tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design or publishing software is a plus.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually , commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
