Position UX Designer (III) Location Hybrid in San Bruno, California Duration 03 months Contract Pay Range $95-$105/hour on W2 Job Overview As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will take ownership of outcomes for a mature project, complex program, or emerging area. You will define scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems with limited precedent and develop long‑term user experience and product strategies. You will influence design efforts, challenge prevailing thinking, and provoke greater divergence of ideas. Leveraging your expertise in UX design principles, user‑centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will include analyzing user needs, resolving constraints, mitigating risks, and implementing holistic design processes and systems. You will also explore innovative solutions that consider and mitigate unintentional harm, ensuring the delivery of well‑considered, scalable, and impactful designs. Qualifications Systems thinking and craftsmanship in design. 6 years of motion design experience in product design or UX/UI animation. Portfolio, website, or relevant work samples must be included in the resume (with viewable links and/or access instructions).
