Compliance Safety Supply – Denver, CO (Hybrid) – Full-Time Compliance Safety Supply is a rapidly growing provider of on‑site OSHA compliance services, including Audiometric Testing, Respirator Fit Testing, Noise Level Surveys, and Air Monitoring. As we continue expanding our nationwide client base, we are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to own customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure a high‑quality client experience from initial inquiry through service scheduling. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven professional who is comfortable managing a sales pipeline, closing business, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will work closely with company leadership and play a key role in scaling our sales operations. About the Role: The Account Manager will: Own the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry and quoting through closing and scheduling of services Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce CRM Follow up with prospective customers via phone and email to move opportunities forward Generate accurate service proposals and pricing based on client needs Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional compliance services Coordinate with operations to ensure successful scheduling and delivery of services Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce Build long‑term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and process improvements To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, confident in client communication, and comfortable balancing relationship management with revenue responsibility in a fast‑growing environment. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and actively develop new business opportunities Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow‑ups in a timely manner Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services Customer Experience Provide responsive, professional communication via phone and email Act as a trusted advisor to clients on OSHA compliance service needs Ensure a seamless handoff to operations team Address client questions and concerns throughout the process Operations & CRM Management Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce CRM Track pipeline activity, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics Support process improvements to increase efficiency and close rates Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related client‑facing role (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable making calls and leading client conversations Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS Knowledge of OSHA compliance or workplace safety is a plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred This is a full‑time opportunity with significant growth potential as Compliance Safety Supply continues to scale nationwide.
