Location: Remote out of New York or Texas
Salary: $140K–$175K base + double OTE (uncapped)
A leading legal technology and services provider is hiring a Director of Business Development to drive new revenue across law firms and corporate legal departments. This is a true hunter role, focused on winning new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships across the Am Law 200 and enterprise market. You’ll be selling across eDiscovery, managed review, and contract lifecycle solutions, supported by a strong delivery and technical team.
What we’re looking for:
Book of business, billing 1.5-2 million USD
Proven new business sales experience in eDiscovery or legal tech
Track record of hitting/exceeding quota and closing complex deals
Experience selling into law firms or corporate legal teams
Existing network in the legal market is a strong advantage
