Graphic Design & Production Contractor This is a 5-month, part-time (20 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, California . Candidates must be comfortable working PST and CST hours . Summary We are seeking a Graphic Design & Production Contractor to support the creation and management of visual assets for B2B web and training platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end graphic production, including design, sourcing visual assets, ensuring licensing compliance, and managing production workflows through final implementation in the content management system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing digital asset workflows within fast-paced environments. Our Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital production, or visual content development Passion for digital design and visual storytelling with a strong foundation in graphic design principles Proficient in design tools and content management systems, with strong production and asset management skills Familiar with image licensing, usage rights, and third-party asset sourcing Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and training teams Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Highly organized with strong project coordination and workflow management abilities Job Description In this role, you will create and manage graphic assets supporting B2B web content and training materials. You'll partner with internal teams to design original graphics, source third-party visual assets, and ensure all materials meet licensing and usage rights requirements. This includes managing the full production workflow from asset creation through implementation in the content management system. You will coordinate graphic asset delivery, maintain organized asset libraries, and ensure that graphics are properly formatted and published within the CMS for BizWeb and B2B training platforms. You will also support the ongoing production and maintenance of visual assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with internal content and branding standards. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Background in graphic design, digital content production, web content management, or training material development Experience working with CMS platforms and managing digital asset workflows Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, California and requires hybrid work Candidates must be comfortable working across PST and CST hours The pay for this W-2 position is $64.76 per hour This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
