Entry-Level Marketing Operations

Job Description BLEND360 is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to support the client’s marketing campaign process. The position is on‑site at a Fortune 100 financial services client’s office in NYC. Key responsibilities include: Running end‑to‑end campaign execution across marketing channels. Ensuring compliance‑mandated updates across marketing assets. Maintaining smooth project timelines and preventing delays. Coordinating with technology and product management teams to complete required updates. Supporting marketing managers to improve customer experience. Building cross‑functional relationships with internal and external partners. Identifying and creating efficiencies in current marketing processes. Performing QA of campaign assets throughout the process for accuracy. Details Location: New York, NY. Duration: 12‑15 month contract, potential extension based on performance and budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 1‑3 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, project management, and collaboration, preferably in a large corporate or agency setting, including full‑time or internship experience. Desire to join a high‑profile, results‑oriented, dynamic team. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment. Extremely strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, handling multiple priorities and tight timelines, driving flawless execution, and problem‑solving. Ability to pivot quickly to meet deadlines when last‑minute changes arise. Proven ability to build and leverage relationships. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Prior experience using a project‑management tool or tracker is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is a plus. Adobe Suite experience is a nice‑to‑have. Understanding of marketing channels and/or execution processes. Compensation Starting pay range: $28‑30 per hour.
