Job Description
Successful candidates will be located in Northwest Georgia or Chattanooga, Tennessee.
To join our team as an Account Manager! You will act as a representative to the customer's organization. Establish and build relationships in local, regional and national markets. Manage and promptly resolve customer concerns. Record, track customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures. Verify product installations and that all paperwork received is accurate and complete. Sell technical products/services, train on technical specifications and program requirements, and communicate program changes. Develop strategies to drive increased savings acquisition. Work with engineering and program to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements. Prepare sales forecasts. Troubleshoot technical issues, determine solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend solutions.

Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors along with contractor expansion for the program.
Travel throughout a defined territory with a larger geographic impact or mix of low and high‑tier client impact.

3 years’ experience with Energy Efficiency or relevant industry
BA‑P Certification
Client interaction experience is a plus
Targeted Compensation
$60,000 - $74,000
DOT Requirements
