Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Overland Park, KS, with opportunities for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, managing accounts, and addressing customer needs. Key tasks include overseeing policy renewals, resolving client inquiries, cross-selling products, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The individual will be tasked with delivering solutions that align with client goals and the company’s commitment to superior customer support. Qualifications Account management and client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain strong partnerships. Knowledge of insurance products, policy renewals, and claims handling. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, combined with strong interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address client challenges. Proficiency in office software tools and CRM systems. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively. Preferred experience in the insurance industry and a valid insurance license or ability to obtain one.
