Overview
Dutro Ford is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Zanesville, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall growth of the company. This position offers a competitive compensation of $15.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly as well as a monthly bonus. Position could also be part-time if preferred.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities
Engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and text
Maintain accurate records of communication and progress within the CRM system
Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation to and from the Zanesville, OH location
