What You’ll Do Consultative Selling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts. Sales Prospecting: Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. Customer Experience Advocate: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions. Portfolio Management: Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory; be relentless to win back lost customers. What You’ll Need A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role with a track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets. Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, initiative‑driven, consistently delivering results. Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customer needs, solving problems, and winning business. Strong planning and preparation skills for effective sales calls, presentations, objection handling, negotiation, value demonstration, and closing.
