Position Summary As HCP Marketing Manager, Hepatology, you will lead key projects focused on the development of HCP promotional tactics to execute the brand strategy. The candidate should be a self‑starter with high learning agility, passionate about ensuring marketing campaigns are customer‑focused, competitive, and innovative in the HCP marketing space for the new product launch. Responsibilities Lead development and execution of US HCP marketing plans for a hepatology launch, with particular focus on promotional tactics to drive brand awareness and adoption (e.g. leave‑behind, emails, e‑Detail aids, etc.) Develop and execute implementation strategy including field promotional materials (e.g. leave‑behind, emails, etc.) and/or digital promotional materials to support implementation. Create and deliver robust field engagement plans and campaign training providing clarity of direction and rationale for requested activities to ensure customer‑facing teams have innovative materials necessary to effectively engage customers in complaint discussions. Plan and enable holistic customer experiences tailored to customer segments and specialties. Strategically personalize product and educational messaging to target segments and specialists through application of learnings from market research, data analysis, and insight generation, set campaign performance targets and measure for optimization. Effectively lead cross‑functional teams of internal and external partners, including agency and project teams, to drive synchronized, timely launch execution aligned to brand strategy, including setting clear briefs, budgets, timelines and quality standards. Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Market Access, Medical, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory). Work closely with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives. Measure, track and optimize performance of key tactics. Ensure all promotional materials follow applicable regulatory and compliance requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. 5+ years U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, preferably in specialty or hepatology areas. Experience developing integrated HCP and patient marketing plans. Proven experience managing external agencies and cross‑functional project teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the U.S. office; domestic travel up to 20% as needed. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree). HCP marketing experience strongly preferred. Experience with launch planning or leading brand launches. Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build effective working relationships. Demonstrated leadership, proven decision‑making, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, learning agility and oral/written communication skills. Experience with distilling insights from primary and secondary market research. Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision making. Budget management experience. Experience implementing projects within pharma including copy approval experience. Experience working with selling teams.
