Marketing Intern – Field Marketing & Apartment Outreach (Summer Internship) Company: The Junkluggers of Savannah Location: Savannah, GA (Field-Based) Duration: 4 Weeks (Summer 2026) Schedule: 25–40 hours per week Compensation: Paid (hourly) + performance bonuses About the Role This is a high-energy, field-based marketing internship focused on building relationships with apartment communities and property managers across Savannah. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field walking properties, introducing our services, and creating visibility where decisions are made—not sitting behind a desk. This role is ideal for a marketing major who wants real sales + marketing experience and is comfortable being on their feet, talking to people, and taking initiative. Primary Focus (70–80% of Role): Apartment Outreach Visit apartment communities, leasing offices, and property management sites daily Introduce our services (cleanouts, bulk item removal, evictions, turnovers) Build relationships with: Property managers Leasing staff Maintenance teams Leave behind marketing materials (door hangers, flyers, business cards) Track visits, contacts, and follow-ups Secondary Responsibilities (20–30% of Role) Content & Local Marketing Capture photos/videos at job sites Post to Google Business Profile and Facebook Highlight neighborhoods and active projects ⭐ Review Generation Ask customers for reviews when on-site Help reinforce keywords like “junk removal Savannah” and “apartment cleanout” Sales Support Follow up on estimates and missed opportunities Track daily KPIs (visits, contacts, posts, reviews, etc.) Business Exposure Learn how local service businesses generate revenue Gain exposure to CRM tools and basic sales processes What You’ll Learn How to generate business through in-person outreach (rare and valuable skill) How apartment communities operate and make vendor decisions How local SEO, reviews, and content drive inbound leads How marketing and sales work together in a small business #J-18808-Ljbffr
