This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and works effectively with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Project Manager will help drive campaign execution, support large-scale event coordination, and assist with ongoing marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing projects from kickoff through completion. Support campaign planning, scheduling, asset tracking, and stakeholder communication. Assist with large-scale event and promotional coordination, including high-visibility initiatives. Provide marketing support to internal partners and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Maintain project timelines, status updates, and documentation. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines. Use Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, trackers, and other project materials. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule with availability during standard business hours; occasional weekend support may be required. Work Environment Business casual dress code. Standard Monday through Friday business hours with flexibility between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Additional weekend availability may be needed based on project demands.
