Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Irvine, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for Product Demo's, deal nurturing, maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves driving sales processes, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Collaboration with internal teams to align customer requirements with Nuve’s services is also a key aspect of the role.
At Nuve our Account Executives get 80% of their pipeline handed to them by our SDR team. We serve the trades industry, that is made up of businesses of all sizes. You will be selling to businesses who based on revenue would classify as SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise. Which means you will have deals that close on one call, and others that take up to 8 weeks. Yes, you can close a 100mm (enterprise) business in 8 weeks.
Qualifications
- Track record of meeting quota
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose strategic solutions
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and technology solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and partner with cross-functional teams
Nice to haves
- Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Nooks
- Hunter mentality. Although 80% of pipeline is generated from our rockstar SDR team
- Willingness to be coached
- Team player - Collaborate with SDR, and CSR team on a daily basis
- Skill to close both one-call opportunities and to nurture a 4-8 week sales cycle
