Senior Multi-Channel Marketing Specialist - Boston, MA (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Multi-Channel Marketing Specialist opportunity at a highly successful life sciences organization located in Boston, MA. The Senior Multi-Channel Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing marketing communication strategies aligned to business goals and initiatives across multiple channels and campaign mediums. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing and communications, including strong experience driving global campaigns and branding.
This is a 6+ month contract position paying between $40-$48/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model (onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week).

Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and global teams to develop, enhance, and execute marketing and communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to drive brand awareness, positioning, and engagement.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of fundamental brand messaging across global collateral and content.
- Assist in project management efforts focused on the creation and execution of effective marketing materials for digital and print usage, including managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are in alignment with brand standards and corporate guidelines across all facets of branding, global marketing communications, industry compliance, and trademarking.
- Collaborates closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of sales meetings, tradeshows, and events.
- Prepare detailed communications for stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and alignment on project progress and deliverables.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and internal teams to promote alignment with communication plans and project goals.
- Assist in evaluating and optimizing digital assets, websites, and digital tools, including DAM systems, CRM, sales enablement tools, CMS, etc.
- Track, report, and evaluate KPIs for marketing communication programs, identifying strong points as well as opportunities for improvement.
- Perform continuous process improvement related to the organization’s marketing and communication efforts, processes, and procedures.
- Provide additional support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field (required).
- 4-6+ years of relevant marketing communications experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, biotech, or related industry.
- Experience managing all facets of agency relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience leveraging Smartsheet (required).
- Previous experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tool.
- Experience using Brandfolder, Print on Demand, Showpad, or related systems.
- Strong experience managing project timelines, copy review, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of success managing multiple timelines, working collaboratively with global teams, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
