JOB TITLE: Product Designer

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: 6 months

RATE RANGE: $52-$58/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and has a strong foundation in UI/UX principles. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually compelling products that enhance user experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to conceptualize and implement user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Ensure design consistency by contributing to and maintaining the company’s design system.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to foster creativity and innovation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance product experiences.
  • Design and develop native mobile experiences, including features such as profile setup, biometrics, and verification badges.
  • Work on highlight reels, user evaluations, and persona-based metric adjustments.
  • Maintain a strong focus on mobile execution, ensuring seamless transition from mobile to desktop experience.
  • Apply visual design principles including typography, whitespace, and data density management.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and team leads, executing designs aligned with strategic vision.
  • Ensure high proficiency in Figma, understanding and managing design libraries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous product design work.
  • Strong mobile design experience with a focus on consumer applications.
  • Experience working with video content, highlight reels, and sports-related applications is a plus.
