OTE: $320K USD 50/50


A high‑growth AI company is building the operating layer for enterprise revenue teams — automating workflows across sales, marketing, and CS.

Backed by $50M+ from top investors, the team operates fully in‑person in San Francisco and has already scaled to 8‑figure ARR with major global B2B customers.


Role Overview

We’re hiring Account Executives to drive net‑new revenue across Mid‑Market & Enterprise. This role is for true builders who want to win in a fast, high‑ownership environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • Lead multi‑stakeholder, value‑driven deal cycles
  • Deliver strong demos and speak confidently about integrations
  • Partner with founders/GTM leaders to refine messaging and process
  • Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline
  • Help build the foundation of a world‑class sales org

What We’re Looking For

  • Ownership-first mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • In-person 5 days/week in San Francisco
  • Low ego, high curiosity, highly coachable
  • 5+ years full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales (Series A–C)
  • Consistent success closing $80K–$300K ACV
  • Strong in structured sales methods (e.g., MEDDPIC)
  • Comfortable with AI/ML and technical conversations
