Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (Fully In-Office Midtown)

Salary: $85K-$91K + Bonus



Growing Law Firm seeks new Marketing Coordinator to join their team!


Responsibilities:



  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain repository.
  • Maintain events calendar for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain database of event presentations.
  • Organize and manage marketing equipment.
  • Create marketing performance reports.
  • Attend local trade shows and events as needed.
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to create PowerPoint presentations for external events.
  • Maintain and learn new PowerPoint skills.
  • Prepare posts, including content and graphics.
  • Collaborate with Team on templates.
  • Promote and document internal and external events.
  • Keep the Firm’s website up to date daily.
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk, as needed.
  • Learn and maintain CMS skills.
  • Experience with WordPress or comparable a plus.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications required
  • Legal/Law firm organization experience a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva or WordPress is a plus.
  • Digital photography/videography skills needed.
  • MS Office Suite: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
