Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: New York, NY (Fully In-Office Midtown)
Salary: $85K-$91K + Bonus
Growing Law Firm seeks new Marketing Coordinator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain repository.
- Maintain events calendar for marketing initiatives.
- Maintain database of event presentations.
- Organize and manage marketing equipment.
- Create marketing performance reports.
- Attend local trade shows and events as needed.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates.
- Collaborate with attorneys to create PowerPoint presentations for external events.
- Maintain and learn new PowerPoint skills.
- Prepare posts, including content and graphics.
- Collaborate with Team on templates.
- Promote and document internal and external events.
- Keep the Firm’s website up to date daily.
- Collaborate with Helpdesk, as needed.
- Learn and maintain CMS skills.
- Experience with WordPress or comparable a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications required
- Legal/Law firm organization experience a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva or WordPress is a plus.
- Digital photography/videography skills needed.
- MS Office Suite: Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
