The trucking and logistics industry keeps the global economy moving — but the payments infrastructure behind it hasn’t kept up.


We’re partnering exclusively with a high-growth fintech company that’s modernising payments for this critical sector. They’re building modern, intuitive financial tools for businesses that have historically been underserved — and lifecycle marketing sits right at the heart of their growth strategy.


They’re now hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take ownership of the full customer engagement journey — from onboarding and activation through to retention, expansion, and win-back.


This is not a “send campaigns and report on open rates” role. This is a hands-on builder role where you’ll design, test, and scale the lifecycle engine that keeps customers engaged every day.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back
  • Build and optimise complex lifecycle journeys and automated workflows in HubSpot
  • Use customer behaviour and product data to trigger highly targeted, personalised communications
  • Run continuous A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, segmentation, timing, and creative
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve the customer journey
  • Analyse lifecycle and engagement data to drive measurable improvements in conversion and retention
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows and scale campaign execution


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–6+ years experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Email Marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on experience building workflows and lifecycle journeys in HubSpot
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across engagement, activation, or retention
  • Highly analytical — comfortable working with data and running structured experiments
  • A builder mindset — someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch and improving them over time
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail


Nice to have:


  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
  • Exposure to product-led growth environments
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments
