Sales Representative (Inside Sales / Account Support) – Greater Houston Area


Kelly Services is hiring a bilingual Sales Representative to support lubricant sales across the agricultural market by working closely with end users, dealers, and OEM sales channels. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys relationship-building, customer support, account management, and helping sales teams grow within an established territory.


This position will begin with a stronger focus on account management, dealer support, and customer assistance, providing support to the team through an existing customer base. Over time, the role is expected to grow into a more traditional inside sales position once hired on directly.


We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English and based in the Greater Houston area. Travel is minimal, around 10%, and may be by car or air as needed.


This is a salaried contract-to-hire opportunity starting at $94,640.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, dealers, OEM customers, and field sales teams
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact by providing support, guidance, and responsive customer service
  • Help improve dealer and sales channel effectiveness through customer support, training, and product guidance
  • Support dealers in developing their sales, marketing, and merchandising efforts to help grow lubricant sales
  • Provide account management support to an established customer list while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business
  • Work cross-functionally with technical support, operations, customer service, and field sales teams
  • Provide market feedback and territory intelligence to support business strategy and sales growth
  • Help demonstrate the value of lubricant products in a competitive market environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Must be located in the Greater Houston area
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, or customer support
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with dealers, customers, and internal teams
  • Comfortable helping customers, supporting dealer relationships, and identifying win-win solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
