Job Summary

A leading technology-driven marketplace is seeking a Performance Ads Specialist to support and scale Offsite Advertising initiatives across Google Shopping and Meta platforms. This role sits within the Advertising Operations team and is responsible for driving performance, optimizing product feeds, and managing full-funnel paid media campaigns.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and experienced in managing performance campaigns tied to e-commerce or marketplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design, launch, and manage Performance Max (PMax), Standard Shopping, and Meta campaigns focused on driving offsite conversions
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall conversion performance
  • Leverage first-party audience data and remarketing strategies (RLSAs) to enhance targeting

Feed & Account Management

  • Monitor and maintain Google Merchant Center and Meta feed integrity
  • Identify and resolve product disapprovals, feed errors, and pricing/availability mismatches
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to improve visibility and CTR

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, iROAS, CPA, and Share of Voice
  • Translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Track how external traffic contributes to conversions and revenue

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Technical Operations, and GTM teams to scale advertising capabilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during client engagements
  • Collaborate on A/B testing, experimentation, and innovation initiatives

Operational Development

  • Build and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution and scaling
  • Support the development of scalable processes for new offsite media channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube)
  • Lead campaign architecture from inception through execution and optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, advertising operations, or paid media
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Shopping Ads and Google Merchant Center
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance reporting and data interpretation
  • Experience working with product feeds and e-commerce/catalog-based advertising
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with complex and dynamic product catalogs
  • Strong technical understanding of product feed structures and data flows
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to build processes and SOPs from scratch
  • Deep understanding of attribution models and performance KPIs (ROAS, iROAS, etc.)
  • Exposure to additional channels such as TikTok and YouTube Ads
