Pay: $18 per hour with benefits


Description: We are seeking a Social Media Customer Experience Advisor to join our Social Care team. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback across social media platforms. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and issue resolution, ensuring a positive brand experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media channels for customer questions, complaints, and feedback
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer posts and messages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain brand voice and tone in all communications
  • Track and report recurring issues or trends
  • Receive and apply coaching to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • *You will not be creating any social media posts*


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Prior experience in social media engagement or customer service is highly preferred
  • Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and adaptability
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must reside in Michigan and be able to pick up equipment or attend occasional in-office meetings
