We’re partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup that’s rethinking how a massive, underserved market is sold into.
The company has already achieved significant traction, growing rapidly and onboarding a high volume of new customers each month. They are now hiring a founding Account Executive to help scale revenue and build the systems that support it.
What This Role Really Is:
This is not enterprise sales and it is not relationship-led selling.
This is a high-volume, high-velocity telesales role.
You will be on the phone consistently, handling a large number of inbound and outbound leads, and expected to close deals quickly and repeatedly. The focus is on speed, efficiency, and conversion.
If you are not comfortable operating in a call-heavy, high-output sales environment, this will not be the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Close a high volume of deals through consistent daily call activity
- Move quickly from lead to close across short sales cycles
- Use AI tools to improve qualification, messaging, and conversion rates
- Turn successful approaches into repeatable sales playbooks
- Drive revenue from day one with clear ownership of outcomes
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in high-volume telesales or inside sales
- Comfortable running back-to-back calls throughout the day
- Strong closing ability, not just pipeline generation
- Experience operating in fast, high-velocity sales cycles
- Focus on efficiency, systems, and continuous optimisation
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
Strong Signals:
- Background in high-call, high-output sales environments
- Consistent quota attainment in short sales cycles
- Clear focus on improving close rates and sales efficiency
- Experience using tools or automation to increase output
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI tools in sales workflows
- Early-stage startup or founder experience
