Recent Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within heavy truck, commercial vehicle, or off-highway markets

• Direct experience selling into OEMs such as John Deere, Cummins, PACCAR, Volvo Truck, Traton, Daimler Truck, Navistar, and/or CAT

• Proven ability to win new business and open doors within large OEM accounts

• Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → RFQ → quote → award → launch)

• Background selling engineered components or systems in a manufacturing environment

• Strong commercial presence with the ability to engage engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders

• Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within heavy truck OEMs

• Develop and grow strategic relationships across key customer accounts

• Lead RFQs, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations

• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support successful program launches

• Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
